At DrTono, we aim to provide reliable, traceable delivery for every order. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment has been received and cleared, or, for approved purchase-order accounts, after the order has been confirmed.

After processing, orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery time is typically 7–14 business days, depending on the delivery destination, carrier operations, and customs clearance procedures where applicable.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to peak shipping periods, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside of our control.

To support efficient fulfillment, DrTono operates multiple fulfillment locations.

• Orders shipping within the United States are generally fulfilled from our warehouse in Delanco, New Jersey.
• International orders are generally fulfilled from our Hong Kong warehouse.

Orders may be fulfilled from the most appropriate location based on product availability, delivery destination, and logistics conditions.

We work with established carriers, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS, to provide secure and trackable shipping options.

The selected carrier and shipping method may vary depending on the destination, product availability, shipment size, and local logistics availability.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking record after the shipping label has been created. You may use the tracking number to follow the shipment until delivery.

We offer free standard shipping for all orders shipped within the United States.

For international orders, free shipping is available for orders over $100. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

For international orders, product prices do not include import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. DrTono is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, but our team will provide reasonable assistance if shipment documentation or order information is needed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. DrTono cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
